| 1:
| The listed terms and conditions shall be deemed
accepted even if it is not signed and exchanged within the 7 days. Provided no
written objection has been made the verbal acceptance of these terms and conditions
shall be binding on the management and the Artiste. |
| 2:
| If for any reason the Management find it necessary to
cancel the performance, cancellation will not accepted unless an alternative date
can be offered and accepted by the Artiste and Management. If no such date is
available then the agreed fee is payable within seven days of the date of cancellation.
Cancellations must be made in writing, (A verbal cancellation will not be accepted)
and sent to the Offices of The Walpole Group. |
| 3:
| In the Event of failure of the Artiste to perform or complete
due to unforeseen circumstances such as death, illness, weather, travel, the Artiste
must inform the Walpole Group immediately by Telephone, Failure to comply will
result in the removal of the Model from our books and in some cases we will hold
the Artiste financially responsible for any losses incurred. Should an Artiste
not perform due to ill health then the Artiste must submit a Medical certificate
to The Walpole Group within seven days. |
| 4:
| If for any reason the Artiste does not perform then the
Walpole Group will endeavour to supply a suitable replacement which the Management
are happy With. If the Management are not happy to take a replacement then no
fee shall be payable in the event of a cancellation by the Artiste only. |
| 5: | The
Artiste and Management offer an assurance that no previous contract exists that
may prevent the Artiste fulfilling the engagement and subsequently no such contract
will be entered into from the date of confirmation. |
| 6:
| The Management and the Artiste will arrange any re-bookings
within a twelve month period through the Agency instituting these terms and conditions
namely the Walpole Group hereinafter referred to as the Agency. Failure to do
so will almost certainly result in legal action for both the Management and Artiste. |
| 7: | Upon
accepting any agreement from the Agency the Artiste offers an assurance that she
will conduct herself/ Himself in a correct and proper manner whilst present at
the location. |
| 8:
| All fees payable must be made direct to the Models on
the day with the exception of the Agencies commission unless otherwise agreed.
Commission is always payable in advance or upon receipt of invoice. The Model
is responsible for her own Tax and National insurance contributions and upon accepting
your booking the Model agrees that she will notify the Inland revenue of any monies
received. |
| 9: | All
shoots must start and finish at the agreed times unless unavoidable, in the event
of a Model having to stay later than agreed no extra fee will be charged unless
the Artiste did not create the problem. |
| 10:
| The Management expect the Artiste to observe etiquette
with regard to drinking thus reserving the right to instantly dismiss any Artiste
perceptibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs whilst at the location. |
| 11: | Provided
that the Management (employer) pays to the Artiste his/hers full agreed fee along
with any commission due to the Agency he may prohibit the whole or any part of
the Artiste’s performance or exclude the Artiste from any or all performances. |
| 12: | Acceptable
payment methods are, Cheque, cash, Postal Orders, Bacs, or at any Post office
(Girobank). |
| 13: | The
Agency accepts no responsibility for any breach of agreement on the part of The
Management (Employer) or Artiste (Model) through whatsoever cause arising but
every reasonable safeguard is assured. |
| 14: | Please
note all images on this site are copyrighted to the models/walpole group and any
that are copied/taken without the Walpole's consent will render the taker/user
liable to prosecution. |
